1. Day One 2019 NYC to Chicago on the Lake Shore Limited. Sleeper car, boxed pasta, and racing the sunset west.
2. Day Two 2019 Chicago layover, the California Zephyr, a steak dinner, and entering territory I've never been to.
3. Day Three 2019 Denver to Utah on the California Zephyr. The 6.5-mile tunnel, rafters mooning the train, and the Milky Way.
